Leadership Coaching

I have been in leadership roles since the age of 18. Throughout the ongoing learning, growth, changes and challenges – I discovered that the biggest keys to my success were 1) taking the time to unapologetically understand and honor my own unique style, strengths and blind spots, 2) being curious about what barriers I needed to overcome to get results, 3) being authentically curious about others’ unique stories, styles and motivators, and 4) taking massive action - even when it was uncomfortable - to reach my ultimate goal.

As a leadership coach, I guide emerging, new and mid-level leaders through this process while also providing tools that will increase leadership skills to ultimately expand their knowledge, increase productivity, achieve desired results and be a leader that people want to work with.

One-on-One

With one-on-one, it’s all about you. We will focus on your unique challenges, uncover what specifically gets in your way and work toward the results that are the most important for you.

Group

With group coaching, each person will benefit by learning from each other. There is a strong level of support, built-in accountability and long-term connections made. Group sizes can vary from 3-10 participants.

Whether one-on-one or group coaching, my clients can expect

 
 
 
 
  • Establishment of clear goals

  • Receipt of an individual Insights Discovery personality profile included with one-on-one coaching. During the initial consultation, we will discuss whether or not to include this in group coaching engagements.

  • Introduction of various exercises and tools

  • A safe and confidential space

  • Unconditional support and belief in them

Typical coaching engagements are 6-months with the option to renew for additional months and/or quarterly accountability sessions. However, we will explore what type of engagement makes the most sense for your situation.
