What is the Insights Discovery® profile?
Insights Discovery is a validated psychometric tool based on the work of Carl Jung. It helps you understand your personality, communication preferences, strengths, blind spots, and how you show up under pressure. It’s a foundational piece of this coaching experience and something you’ll continue to use long after the sessions end.
What if I already have an Insights Discovery profile?
Great! Insights profiles are part of this package, so you’ll receive a new one as part of the process. If your current profile is over 18 months old, this is the perfect time for a refresh—especially since how we show up can shift with new roles, environments, or seasons of life. Even if you’ve taken it before, you’ll likely notice new insights and connections based on where you are right now.
Is this a good fit for new leaders or only experienced ones?

How do I schedule my sessions?
After you purchase the package, you’ll be directed to book your sessions. Your first session should be scheduled at least two weeks out to allow time to complete the Insights Discovery evaluator. Weekly sessions are preferred for best momentum, but you’ll have up to two months to use all four sessions. The booking system makes it easy to schedule your sessions at times that work for you.
