Kicking off your week with some thoughts around a favorite Disney quote (because in my world - Disney is life!).

Happy Monday!
During this holiday season, I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of belief. This quote from the song “Two Worlds” by Phil Collins from the 1999 Disney animated movie, Tarzan, came to mind:
It’s easy for us to get distracted from the core of our own beliefs. We get distracted by what others are doing, what others are saying and the unhelpful voices in our very own brains.
As you enjoy the rest of this holiday season – I encourage you to think about what you most believe in as it relates to you and the impact you want to make in your work, your surroundings and the world.
And then put your faith in those beliefs.
When you are clear, intentional and grounded there – you will see the results you most want show themselves.
I believe in you.
