It’s May the Fourth – globally recognized as Star Wars Day! There is really only one appropriate quote for this week:
This phrase is iconic in the Star Wars franchise. It is used to wish someone good luck, courage or goodwill – often as encouragement before a dangerous mission.
Reaching goals, creating change, becoming the leader you want to be — it's not about luck. It's about strategy, risk, a helpful mindset, and the willingness to move forward even when uncertain.
Ultimately, you are in the pilot seat.
But a little extra dose of support, hope, encouragement and Force never hurts.
So whatever it is you are facing right now – know that I’m pulling for you.
