Happy Monday!
You know that self-awareness is my jam, right? I fully know the magic that it can create – and I just want everyone else to benefit from that too!
One thing that pretty much every Disney movie captures is a moment of aha that the characters experience, one that transforms them, their path, and those around them.

Even though this quote very naturally might make you think about someone in your life to share it with…I am curious of how you might react if you turned that quote onto yourself!?
There's probably a part of you right now that doesn't make sense…to yourself. A decision you can't fully explain, a reaction that surprised you, a pattern you keep repeating but can't quite name. You don't have to understand it before you're allowed to love the person you are as you navigate it.
Loving yourself without understanding doesn't mean you have to stay confused forever. Understanding is still worth pursuing as a gift you give yourself once you're already standing on solid ground.
That's what tools like coaching and Insights Discovery are for and why they are the foundation of my work. They don't ask you to earn your worth by figuring yourself out first. They meet you already whole and then give you language for what's happening underneath. Understanding, offered after being good with who you are is the opposite of judgement.
And that's the real magic of self-awareness! It's what becomes possible once you've already decided you're worth understanding.
